A BTEC is a Level 3 qualification that follows on from GCSE, focusing both on academia but also with a great emphasis on physical training and practicalities of becoming a performer.
Learn from teachers with many years of experience performing all over the world on cruise ships, cabarets at corporate events and more. Teacher training forms part of the experience you gain and the sound people will also get to shadow professional choreographers and circus performers as they work with big companies and at prestigious venues as a standard part of their training. They will leave with an act that is bookable as deemed by a top circus agent who is on the faculty, and be mentored through the applications for jobs or for further training as required.
With a focus on all aspects of Musical Theatre, as well as a heavy emphasis on circus skills such as aerial hoop, silks and trapeze, handbalancing, contortion, hula hooping, acrobatics and MORE, this course will train you for further education in your chosen career path, or to enter into the industry. Being a performer is also a business so learn the "boring" side too so you have an in depth understanding of being a self-employed performer.

“I wanted a chance to spread the happiness and joy that exists when watching the circus, by enabling children to learn from, and perform alongside, other industry professionals. My aim is to open possibilities to children that they may only have ever dreamed about!”
