JAZZY JESS

Principal of both J’s Dance Factory, Kidderminster and Showtime Circus Factory and lecturer of Dance at Kidderminster College, Jessica has lead a varied and versatile career. 

BIOGRAPHY

Principal of both J’s Dance Factory, Kidderminster and Showtime Circus Factory and lecturer of Dance at Kidderminster College, Jessica has lead a varied and versatile career. She was a flexible and powerful performer often known for her dynamic lunges! She graduated from Laban Conservatoire in London in 2010 where she gained a BA (HONS) in Dance Theatre. 

 

Jessica has worked internationally across site specific, theatre and corporate events as a dancer. Her circus journey began with one of her first professional jobs in ‘Crystaline’ a classical ballet and hand balancing act created by the circus company Tumbellina Productions.

 

Jessica also had the privilege of being a touring company dancer for 5 years with Joss Arnott Dance.

I teach Big Tops and High Flyers.

 The way it makes everyone smile and giggle no matter your age. Circus is way too much fun!

WHAT'S THE FUNNIEST MEMORY YOU HAVE FROM SHOWTIME CIRCUS?

Learning to juggle and falling down covered in scarves bellying laughing! 

 

WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR MOST FUN PERFORMING JOB?

​Performing in Morocco! Only one performance but a weeks holiday soaking up the sun and sea. 

 

DO YOU HAVE ANY PETS?

Yes! Yep tiny dogs who are old ladies now. Tilly who is a Shug and Belle, a Yorkie cross. 

 

WHAT'S YOUR FAVOURITE FLAVOUR DONUT?

​Got to be a classic Jam doughnut.
