Based in Kidderminster, Helena works full time as a Store Manager of a coffee shop so is always bouncing around with energy from the coffee beans. However, she always finds the time to escape work and jump on the hoop, pole or silks to have some fun and use up some of that energy.

I will be teaching/assisting and demonstrating hoops and silks for Big Tops, High Flyers and Adult Aerial

No matter how hard it is to perfect something, you’ll always have fun!

WHERE DID YOU TRAIN?
Helena trained on hoop and silks at RoguePlay Theatre in Birmingham and is currently training at KPole in Cradley Heath where she does her Pole Fitness.
​
Helena also trained in different styles of Dance at Kidderminster College for 2 years, having both Jazzy Jess and Kosmic Kimmy as her dance lecturers! Now she’s back with them but as a teacher!

WHAT'S THE FUNNIEST MEMORY YOU HAVE FROM SHOWTIME CIRCUS?
Funniest memory at STCF would be walking on the baby stilts for the first time.
WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR MOST FUN PERFORMING JOB?
Performing in a contemporary piece which had a giant scaffolding set where I could climb, swing, balance, hang upside down and jump off from a great height (not all at once mind!). So much fun!

DO YOU HAVE ANY PETS?
I sure do! I have a little fluffy black cat called Louis. I’d have 10 cats if I could!
WHAT'S YOUR FAVOURITE FLAVOUR DONUT?
Doughnut filled with custard all the way
WHAT FLAVOUR ICE CREAM IS YOUR FAVOURITE?
My favourite ice cream flavour has got to be pistachio….but close behind is banana
